Randall Family Camping Trip

This year we had a great time at the Randall Family Camping Trip. Because my sister just had a baby we went up to the Fowler's cabin up American Fork Canyon. It was great because Marcus doesn't sleep very well in a tent so we were thrilled about sleeping in a cabin. We went down to the lake a few times and Marcus loved throwing rocks. He also learned how to fall into the lake - as a good mom I took pictures :)

We spent our time relaxing and watching TV, riding the 4-wheelers, roasting marshmallows to make smores and enjoying each other's company.

Marcus fell in love with the 4 wheelers - once he took a ride that's all he wanted to do all the time. He would go and grab Kate's helmet and put it on and then go out to the 4-wheeler and try to climb up on it.

We also roasted marshmallows and tried to keep Marcus from the fire - he is all over the place and loved exploring! Kate became Marcus' best friend, until he started annoying Kate - they were really cute together.

Our last day there the Ford's came up for a few hours so we went down to the Lake and threw rocks and waded through the water. We kept a better eye on Marcus this time and he enjoyed it better because he wasn't wet. Besides Marcus not sleeping very well at night we had a great time camping at the cabin! Dave and I have realized that we are now to that stage where camping is harder with kids and we need to get a trailer - or just camp in a cabin until our kids are a lot older :)

 We told my family we were pregnant with this shirt - it took them a while to notice it but eventually they did and they are all excited for Marcus to get a sibling!
